Council is happy to announce that we have partnered with Clara Clark this year for our annual fundraiser. Their sheets are 1800 thread count and come in four sizes and multiple colours. Each set of sheets comes with one fitted sheet, one flat sheet and two pillowcases (one pillowcase with Twin).
They are $55 each. There will be no refunds or exchanges for colours or size issues so please make sure to double check your choices.
Please see the emailed catalogue for colour references - it will also be posted on the school website for your convenience.
Orders can be placed using the SchoolCash Online system.
IMPORTANT: Multiple items of different sizes and colours can be placed on the same order. For orders that include multiple items of the same size but different colours, please place separate orders.
Example: 1 Twin, blue and 1 king, cream = 1 order; 2 queen, blue and green = 2 orders in SCO.
**Please double-check your order total at checkout to ensure it is correct. The SchoolCash Online Form may calculate the total differently, so please verify that the amount matches the number of sets you are ordering at $55 per set before submitting your payment.**
We will be ordering the sheets early November for a delivery time before Christmas break.
Orders close on November 3.
Please feel free to share this link with family and friends who are not registered with SchoolCash Online so they can support our fundraiser too: https://ocsb.schoolcashonline.com/Fee/Details/143646/74/False/True
Please direct any/all questions to School Council at CHCScouncil@gmail.com.
Promote digital literacy and safety
Social media can be a big part of young people’s lives. While some social media trends may seem fun and harmless, others can encourage higher risk behaviour. These trends can spread fast through likes and views, making higher risk actions seem normal and fun.
Try this: Talking about online trends can help them make safer choices.

All you have to do is go to mabelslabels.ca, search for and select "Chapel Hill Catholic School (Orleans)" from the list of schools under the "Support a Fundraiser'' tab and the school will receive a donation from that purchase.

Kindergarten students cannot be released from the bus unless an approved parent/guardian or designated adult is present at the stop.
OSTA allows two alternate names on file. The driver will only release your child to one of the approved individuals.
If your child has a medical condition, please make sure all required medical documentation is completed and submitted to the Chapel Hill Front Office at the beginning of the school year.
Medical forms must be updated every school year and whenever there is a change to your child's condition or medication dosage.
Please also remember:
Medication must be sent in its original container with your child's name clearly displayed.
Two EpiPens and/or asthma inhalers are recommended where applicable — one with the student and one in the office.
New students require the appropriate Plan of Care documentation.
If there are no changes to an existing Plan of Care, the Annual Review Form may be completed instead.
