School Council Presentation- Anxiety in Children & Youth

posted Apr 26, 2021, 11:30 AM by Chapel Hill Catholic School

The Chapel Hill Catholic School Council would like to invite you to an online session with Dr. Elizabeth Paquette and Dr. Richard Bolduc on Anxiety in Children and Youth.

During these challenging times, you may be worried about your child(ren)’s mental health and well-being. You may have noticed that they are more unsettled, and perhaps have told you that they are worried. They may be confused about why usual activities are disrupted or may be disappointed to miss something that they were looking forward to. In this session we will explore what is anxiety, what are some normal reactions to expect in our children and youth during these uncertain times and what as parents and caregivers we can do to support their and our own well-being.

Date: Thursday, April 29, 2021

Time: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Please RSVP to chcscouncil@gmail.com with your name, and email address. The link to the session will be sent by email on the day of the event.
